The Small Print
Each product purchased is sold subject to its description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We try to ensure all colours represented on the website are an accurate reflection of the product however to guarantee this we are happy to provide colour samples to you upon request when you order with us.
Stock availability information on the website is the latest updated record but may not be totally current and does not guarantee that stock is available.
Payment for all orders is at point of sale. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Once a delivery slot is confirmed by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive the goods, otherwise a re-delivery charge starting from £45 will apply.
Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases. This includes any tables with tops in excess of 220cm. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise. A re-delivery charge may be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment than the standard 2-man crew.
Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any pets and minors are out of harms’ way during the installation for safety reasons. We also ask customers to not help the team as they are fully trained in the handling of the goods.
Upon completion of the installation, it is the customer’s responsibility to check over the order to ensure its in good order and condition.
Online & Telephone Returns
If your goods are faulty, please begin by calling one of our services representatives on 01892 544 846 who will advise you how to proceed. We hope you will be happy with your order. However if for any reason you are not, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. This does not apply to goods made to order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note within 14 days. This does not apply to goods made to order. Please use insured registered delivery keeping the receipt. The cost of which starts from £19, product dependent. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, and must not have been used or assembled by the customer in any way. Lime reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
