The delivery timescales seen on each product are being updated on a regular basis to factor in any delays owing to the current health situation.

Where possible we are currently delivering items to your front door.  For any orders requiring us to enter and install goods within your home,  prior to delivery, our team will contact you regarding our Covid safety guidelines.  

How long will it take to arrive?

Please refer to each product on the day of purchase for delivery time-scales.  Kindly note some of our European manufacturers close for the month of August; if it is relevant to your order, this information will also be noted.


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most areas in the UK. Regrettably we are unable to deliver to AB, BT, DD, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, or ZE postcodes, the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Islands.

Depending on your order, we may be able to deliver to the Channel Islands. Please contact us with your full address and the items you are interested in.

We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, however we can deliver to a UK-based haulage company of your choosing.

Most deliveries will be carried out by our in-house delivery team. For smaller products, we will contact you if on occasion we enlist the services of a courier company.


How will I know when it's ready?

Once your order arrives in the UK, we will contact you to arrange your delivery date and time-slot by phone or email. Don't worry if you're not quite ready for your delivery, we offer free storage. 


Will it fit through my door?

Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any orders will fit through doorways, corridors and staircases. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team who can advise on specific sizes etc. A re-delivery charge may be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man delivery crew.



When should I expect you?

Once your delivery date and time-slot have been booked, our dedicated and experienced installation team will call or send you a text message to let you know they are on their way.


What can I do to help?

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, we ask you to ensure any pets and minors are out of harms’ way during the installation. We also ask that you don't help with any lifting for safety reasons.


Will you build my item?

Upon arrival, let us know where you'd like us to place your furniture and we will assemble your order in the room of your choosing, ready for use. We will also take away all packaging for recycling.


Can you mount it to the wall for me?

Unfortunately our installers are not permitted to hang, mount objects or make alterations to your home such as drilling holes into walls.
