Heritage Solid Wood

Crafted from a single piece of trunk or branch and completely unique, Bontempi Casa's Heritage tops naturally carry knots, cracks and variations in colour to highlight the authenticity of the wood, with larger cracks expertly sealed with resin. A variation in thickness of +/- 10mm can be expected. Soon after placing your order, you will be sent photographs of a choice of currently available pieces for you to select. Trees used are selected from certified South American reforestation areas regulated by strict environmental and social standards.

The Bontempi Casa Podium Table features a bold, industrial-inspired concrete base in a choice of finish. This sinuously designed base is complemented with a barrel, elliptical or rectangular-shaped table top available in various wood, glass, concrete or ceramic marble options.

Please note, the solid wood version is a unique piece that follows the natural grain and curve of the wood, some edges are more wavy than others. The table top may also feature knots, natural cracks and variations in colour owing to the authenticity of each tree.

Concrete: This finish is created with a special mix of non-toxic concrete resins. The top is treated with a polyurethane finish made of two transparent components making the surface waterproof and ideal for domestic use. The finish features micro-cavities on the surface with uneven and imperfect pigments for a raw appearance.
