Our Gift List service allows your friends and family to: - Make purchases online, by telephone or in person at our store.
- Choose gifts within their price range, or contribute towards bigger items of furniture.
- Leave personalised messages for you when they buy a gift.
Setting up and Managing your Gift ListYour list can include whatever you want from our wide range of furniture and home accessories available online. Generally we suggest you decide on your list and begin its distribution up to 12 weeks before your event, this way any European or French designer home furnishings will be arrive in time for your big day. We are always on hand to help with any style decisions, simply pick up the phone or visit us in-store
- Log in / create your account.
- When you find a product you love, click “add to gift list”
- Once your gift list is complete, click the gift list icon at the top right hand corner of the page, here you can manage and distribute it electronically to your friends and family.
- We also provide a free gift cards you can post to guests to tell them about your list. Simply ask us to do so once you have completed your selection.
Managing Your Gift List is very, you can also check on your gift list online at any time. Closing the List and DeliveryWe can usually arrange delivery within two weeks of you closing your list, so please close it at least a fortnight before you would like your items delivered.
You can close it online, or by calling the store. Once closed, we'll send you a final update so you know who bought your gifts and any personal messages they left for you. If you have not closed your list six weeks after your event, we will close it for you and contact you to arrange delivery. Gift List Terms and Conditions
Availability - We advise you set up your gift list up at least 12 weeks before your event to allow any special order items from Europe and France to arrive in time for your big day
- Bear in mind some special order items from Europe and France have a 6-8 week lead time, as a result if these are ordered by your guests less than 6-8 weeks from your big day, they will be delivered separately as soon as they arrive, at a time time of your convenience.
- Due to the seasonal nature of some products, guests occasionally buy items which become unavailable while the list is still open. If this happens, we'll replace the cost of the items with gift vouchers.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure availability, we cannot guarantee the availability of items on the list.
Changing your list - We cannot accept any changes to your list from a third party.
- Changes cannot be made to a list once it is closed.
Gift Vouchers - Your guests have the option to buy gift vouchers with any gift list.
Closing your list and arranging delivery - You can close your list and arrange delivery online - or ask us to do it for you by calling the Wedding & Gift List department.
- If you have any furniture items that are part paid for, you can either pay the balance yourself or convert the payments into gift vouchers.
- You can also choose whether you want to buy any items left on your list yourself.
- If you do not close your list, it will close automatically six weeks after the event, and we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Arranging delivery - We usually arrange to deliver your gifts about two weeks after the list closes.
- We offer free delivery to Kent and Sussex and Free National delivery for lists over £500.
Exchanging items - You can exchange items in-store within 14 days of delivery.
- Gifts cannot be exchanged prior to delivery once they have been purchased by guests.
