Delivery Information

  Delivery Times

Please refer to the product page for exact delivery information of the items you order.   We will always strive to deliver your order as soon as is possible and will keep you informed at the delivery stage. We deliver during evenings and weekends at no extra cost and provide you with accurate delivery times.

Please note in late December, deliveries are subject to a 2-3 week delay due to the Christmas break.  During this time we will confirm this with you when you place your order with us. 

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery for all Mainland UK orders above £200.  

Our delivery charge is per order, regardless of how many items you order.  We will be in contact with you as soon as your order is ready for dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time agreed otherwise you may be charged for re-delivery.

Small Items

For compact orders under £200 such as rugs and table lamps, our standard Mainland UK delivery charge is £19 per order.

Larger Items  

For all Heavy, Fragile or Large orders under £200, our standard Mainland UK delivery charge is £45 per order.
